Introduction

  • The EKT-2002 MG Mixing Grader ( Carbon Black Dispersion) is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D2663 & ISO1345 standards.
  • Use precise optical magnifying lens and high quality digital video camera, incorporating with high-resolution image processing interface, so that you can get the most accurate surface image of sample.
  • Exclusive accessory, the patent cutter is used to get the test specimen more easily.
  • Professional software with strong processing abilities will instantly calculate the total amount of particles, average diameter, maximun diameter, total area of particles etc. after getting imagine; and then show the particle size distribution in Histogtam chart.

Moving Die Rheometer EKT-2001SA-AUTO

  • Auto sample feeding structure- Computer controlled Auto sample feeding structure enables the user to put 30 pieces (or more pieces depending on request) of samples. According to settings of compound information and sequence, the sample can be automatically send into the die cavity for testing and take it out automatically from die cavity after finishing test. It can reduce the work of user would be controlled efficiently, and the testing time interval.
  • EKT-2000S Moving Die Rheometer (Foam Pressure) is work of the founder of Ektron Tek who is also the first computerized Rheometer designer in Asia.
  • Designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D5289 & ISO 6502 standards.

Introduction

EKT-2102DFT Demattia Flexing Fatigue Tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D430 and D813 to test the repeat bending strain and flexing on different kinds of vulcanized rubber compound.


After Test, the testing compound can be determined the difference such as deformation, elongation, hardness, etc. under different temperature environment in certain of time.

  • New generation of PL-2000X series Plunger Testers, equipped with servo-hydraulic system to control the testing speed, are available fpr customers to select the suitable model.
  • Test functions including Radial elasticity test, Tread footprints test, Tire dimension test, Bead unseating test, Lateral elasticity test and Pressure distribution analysi for Footprints. (Note: Test function are different from machine's models)
  • Wide range capacities of load cells are available for customers to select the suitable ones to test the different sizes of tires.
  • Different operations modules are designed in accordance with different test functions. They can simplify the procedures of operation settings and efficiently manage the massive data.

    Windows operation software system provides friendly operation environment also the following characteristics:
    1. User can pre-set and save the testing specifications to save time of setting procedures before test.
    2. User can choose and arrange the related coordinates such as retraction value corresponding to time and temperature.
    3. After tests, all test curves and related test data can be saved and retrieved for future use.
    4. All the saved curves could be reloaded for comparison.
    5. Test data can be easily saved, export, copied and deleted.
  • Auto-calculation
    During the test or the end of test, the computer can automatically calculate and save the test results.

Introduction

  • Designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D623 & ISO 4666 standards.

  • By means of applying constant load and compression frequency to the test specimen, our flexometer could help the user to understand the history of Heat Built-up and dynamic fatigue poeperties of rubber compounds. For example, while tests the tire compound, it could provide the information of rolling resistance.

  • Pt100 temperature sensor, temperature controller in PID parameters control, and air circulator are adopted to ensure the stable temperature control.

  • Real time detects the heat built-up and deformation of test specimen, and synchronous displaying the graphic on the monitor.

  • Automatically calculates deformation ratio of flexometer test specimen after test is finished; and then all the data and curves will be saved.

Introduction

EKT-TR100 TR-Low Temperature Retraction Tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D1329, ISO 2921 with fully automatic and computerized controlling system.
The system can automatically controls the temperature and measure the samples deflection by using the high precision measuring device.
The system can hold the test samples up to 6 pieces. The test result will be carried out automatically and showing with related time & temperature simultaneously.

  • Temperature Control System:
    EKT-TR100 is designed with stainless temperature bath and equipped with electric stirrer to ensure the temperature of the bath is uniform.
    • By using the PID microprocessor warm mixer and PT100Ω temperature sensor to control the temperature bath accurately.
    • By using the LN2 system to shorten the time of cooling the temperature bath.

VS-2001 Vibration Simulation is an intelligent rubber testing instrument which measures the dynamic behavior of rubber compound and simulates the behavior in different temperature environment. EKT-2002FF Flexing Fatigue Tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D4482 to test the fatigue life under a tensile strain cycle on different kinds of vulcanized rubber compound to determine the fatigue life at various extension ratios.

  • Each Cycle consists of:
    • Increasing strain for one quarter of the cycle time.
    • Decreasing strain for one quarter of cycle time.
    • Zero imposed strain for one quarter of the cycle time.
